Main Feature 

Full clamshell structure, smooth transition of structural parts, polished surface, effectively eliminating sanitary dead corners. External structural parts, fasteners and drum are made of stainless steel, which can thoroughly clean the centrifuge shell, drum and liquid outlet tank.

The machine base has a flat structure, the machine has a low center of gravity, takes up little space and is easy to operate.

Equipped with liquid damping shock absorbers, the vibration damping effect is good and daily maintenance is simplified.

The flip cover is provided with a feeding pipe, a washing pipe, an observation mirror, and a lighting hole. Equipped with an online cleaning system (optional), the inner wall of the centrifuge casing, the inner and outer surfaces of the drum, and the surface of the liquid collecting tank can be cleaned online to ensure cleanliness requirements and comply with GMP specifications.

It has strong versatility and the crystal grains are not easily broken. It can be used to separate suspensions with granular solid phase and fibrous materials. It has a wide range of applications.

Using a frequency converter to start, the start is smooth and the separation factor is adjustable; equipped with a nitrogen protection system (optional), it can meet the explosion-proof requirements of closed structures and is suitable for applications in toxic, flammable and explosive situations.

Can be configured with manual, hydraulic and other flip-top forms.

Working Principle  

The material to be separated enters the high-speed rotating centrifuge drum through the feed pipe. Under the action of the centrifugal force field, the material is filtered through the filter cloth (filter screen), the liquid phase is discharged through the outlet pipe, and the solid phase is trapped in the drum. Inside. When the filter cake in the drum reaches the loading capacity specified by the machine, the feed is stopped, the filter cake is washed, and the washing liquid is filtered out. After the filter cake deliquification meets the requirements, the machine will be stopped and the filter cake will be discharged manually. Enter standby mode.
